Platform Usage Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ew999 website located at https://ew999.cam ("Platform", "Site", "ew999"), operated by the ew999 platform team ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ew999 is an English-language online gaming information and navigation platform designed for Pakistani players and other users seeking educational content on topics including online sports betting, cricket wagering, live casino games, slot mechanics, bonus terms, responsible gambling practices and related subjects. ew999 does not operate as a casino, bookmaker, betting exchange or any other form of gambling service. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ew999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings relating to the same subject matter.

Access to and use of the ew999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the rules of any operator/license jurisdiction referenced on this Platform. 5.1 Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, ew999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes — specifically to read informational and educational content about online gaming, sports betting, casino games, responsible gambling and related topics.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you shall not, directly or indirectly:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Content without our prior written consent;

• Attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with any security features of the Platform;

5.3 No Gambling Facilitation

The Platform does not facilitate gambling of any kind. ew999 does not accept wagers, does not hold player funds and does not process financial transactions. Any decisions to gamble are made independently by the User with third-party operators entirely outside ew999's control.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, glossary entries, graphics, layout, design, logos, icons and code — is the intellectual property of ew999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in or to any intellectual property owned by or licensed to ew999. The limited licence granted under Section 5.1 does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights.

You may print or save a single copy of individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference use only, provided that you preserve all copyright and proprietary notices. You must not modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written consent.

7.1 Content Disclaimer

All Content on the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ew999 makes no warranty that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free;

Upon termination of access for breach, the licence granted to you under Section 5.1 shall immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including — without limitation — Sections 6, 7, 13 and 14.

ew999 also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating or implying any specific jurisdictional submission in relation to Pakistani courts or regulators, nor shall any provision constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of any specific court or tribunal.

ew999 makes no representation that the Platform or its Content is appropriate, lawful or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Users who access the Platform from locations where such access may be restricted or unlawful do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Nothing in these Terms creates any obligation on ew999 to resolve disputes through formal arbitration or court proceedings. ew999 reserves all rights under applicable law.
